Hello

 

i was charged Roaming charges October 7 & October 9th, on my Novembers bill but I have not left the country.  Could these charges be taken off please?

Hi @Trev9959,

We have looked into the charges you mentioned and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
