Hi there, I was charged 14 for easy roam while we travelled to osoyoos BC next to the US border. we never entered the US. Please reverse the easy roam charge. thanks very much.

Will you please confirm the last 2 digits of the phone number?
Also, was data roaming turned off in the phone settings?
Last 2 digits are 77
and yes data roaming is on

We have been able to remove the charge, please make sure you turn data roaming off when near the border and switch to manual network in the phone settings.
