Are you sure they are Easy Roam charges?  Were you near the boarder?

Can you login to self serve and download your detailed pdf ebill?  What date was Easy Roam charged for?

Hi ​@Normah we have looked into the charges you mentioned and they were triggered by outgoing SMS and calls while roaming, with no Canadian usage throughout. For more details, please check the usage section in self serve.
