How do I change my  account correctly from pre authorized billing to pay as I go ? 

I've read information. Do I have to buy another different sim card? 

And migrate my same number from pre paid to pay as I go. 

I can not speak to a customer service person at the number.??  I previously did before. 

If my credit check is poor. Will I be refused ??

So another term for prepaid is pay as you go. If you want to switch to the postpaid services and finance a device, that's what would require a credit check and yes, you would need a new sim card etc. What service do you currently have? Prepaid or postpaid? And are you looking to finance a device?

If you are looking to switch from Koodo Prepaid to Koodo postpaid, you will need to sign up for a postpaid account and once you receive the Koodo postpaid sim card, you can transfer your prepaid number to postpaid.

Depending on the credit check, you might or might not be able to get a phone on a tab, however, you should still be able to sign up for a BYOD plan.

My phone will be shut off in 30 minutes at midnight. 

I have my own phone. I have added money to my account. The total for a month of service. I can not redeem my payment.

I can also NOT reach or speak to a real person at customer service. I again can't get any customer service.

Can I use my original SIM card? I just bought 30 days ago. This is beyond INSANE 

please help ???
