My payment card has expired, so I want to change it.
I tried online several times, but I couldn't change it,
I've been to the Koodo store a few times, but they can't change it either.
The reason is that the subscriber is not me, but my husband, so I can't confirm the subscription under my name.

They don't have a Koodo email contact. You could send a message through Facebook or X.

Di you have a bank account here? Did you try to make payment through online banking?

If you have a Canadian bank account you can pay using your Koodo account number and Koodo Mobile as the payee.

Could you try to clear the cache of the web browser and/or use the invisible/incognito mode to see if that can help?
You could also dial *611 from your Koodo handset to follow the voice command, check your balance and use your credit card to pay.
