Extremely frustrated.  Needs help immediately but I was always being cut off

 

I switched back to Koodo November 24 last year during black Friday promotion.  However due to some family issues I have NEVER EVER activated my Koodo cell phone service for 11 MONTHS UNTIL October 8 this year.  I was being charged for cell phone services for both of my daughter and myself for almost a year without using Koodo’s service.

 

I called in at around May or June asking for a refund and the CSR agreed with this.  Now I have 3 very urgent issues need to be taken care of.

 

Firstly I could not receive or send any sms messages for my job even I installed my Koodo SIM Card at late afternoon of October 8.

 

Secondly I need a full refund of Koodo’s charges on me for $67.8 for 11 consecutive months

 

Thirdly i ‘d like to know if my daughter can keep her cell phone number without subscribing to any of Koodo’s cell phone service plan.

 

I took me more than 1 hour trying so deperately talking to a REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP YESTERDAY AND I SCHEDULED A CALL BACK TODAY AT 2 PM, NOW IT ALREADY 3:30 BUT TO MY HUGE DISPPOINTMENT NO ONE FROM KOODO EVER CALLED ME!

 

Can anyone help me with this please?

 

I had no problem seding and getting sms with Virgin Plus but as long as I installed my Koodo SIM card, I was not able to send and receive any sms and I need to get sms to loggin to my realtor account ASAP

 

Please I need your help!!

You said you didn’t receive a callback. Did you get a text message saying that Koodo would call? Can you receive calls on the number you provided to Koodo?


i can call others but I could not receive any phone calls from others, neither could I send or receive any sms

 


You need to provide a phone number that can receive calls when you schedule you callback, so that Koodo can reach you. 


I DID NOT KNOW I CAN NOT RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALLS USING THE KOODO SIM CARD UNTIL HALF HOUR AGOE.  I scheduled a call back yesterday afternoon, NOT NOW

 


I'm not sure what you are yelling about? You need to schedule the callback again on a number that can receive calls. Otherwise you won't receive a call.

We can try to look into it on our end, however, we’d need you to log into your community account using the Self serve option in the community log in page.
