What type of credit card was it? and was the card under your name with the same address as your Koodo account?
Shake Pay is considered an international card. You will need to contact koodo to register the card

What happens exactly when you try to make the payment online? Do you get any specific error? If yes, is it before entering the card details or after? (if you can share a screenshot of the error you get, that would be great, but please mask any personal info)
