I received an email from Koodo stating my service was cancelled jan. 10 but today I rec’d a bill for mobile service Jan. 12 - Feb. 11.
I don’t have a koodo number or service,  because I returned everything back to koodo.

Who do I contact to get this resolved.

Are you a new customer than canceled within the 15/30 day cancellation period?

 

 

 


Hi ​@Rgenie, the agent you spoke with for the cancellation adjusted the phone tab remainder on your account as the phone had been returned. There was a pending tab charge which was reflected on the January 11 bill. We’ve adjusted this charge as well, the total due for your account is now $0.
