cancelled plan but billed for the entire month

I switched to another carrier Feb 26.  I am getting billed by Koodo for Feb 25- March 24.  It is an auto payment.  
 

How do I get an adjustment so I am only paying for the 1 day I was with Koodo?

The adjustment will appear on your next Koodo bill.

Leave the pre-authorization on your account and the refund will be put back onto your card

Your bill should get adjusted as you cancelled. When is your auto-payment set up? 

The auto payment is set for March 13
