I cancelled my internet back in August or September( I can’t quite remember which one) and I have mailed back my equipment but I am still being charged.
I have called multiple times and have been told that they have submitted a ticket to cancel my internet but it will take longer be cause I did it over the phone but I will be reimbursed for the month I have been charged that I have not been using the internet.
It has now been 2-3 months and I am still being charged and the internet service in self serve still says active.
I also submitted a form for management to contact me but I have not received anything.
I cannot afford an extra $90 for a service I am not using and I really need help to get this canceled.
