I cancelled my plan over a month ago and paid off my tab… why am I still being charged? Please cancel all services and stop all charges. I want a refund for my last month as my SIM card wasn't even in use...

After you cancelled your service, Koodo would send a “final bill” to settle everything between you and Koodo. I recommend  you sign into your self-serve and download the final bill there. Look for the detail in the page 3 and 4 to see if Koodo charged you correctly or not.

We have checked the final bill and we see there is a tab bonus charge and some roaming charges,

As Dinh suggested, please download the PDF bill and check the breakdown of the charges.
