I cancelled my account on Oct 28, 2022 and has credit balance . Setup pre auth credit card for payment but no refund back to  my credit card as of Dec 3, 2022.

From Koodo assistant, it said it takes only 5 to 7 business cards for credit refund back to credit card.

I’m not sure what happened there. I’ll flag a rep to look into this for you.

We can see that a refund has been processed  yesterday.

 

If you do not get the refund within the timeframe mentioned above, please schedule a call back with the Payment Support, so they can investigate further.
