Unfortunately, I lost my phone years ago. I am currently outside of Canada and do not plan to return in the near future. I have not used my phone number for over a year but noticed that I am still being charged for the service. As I am unable to use my phone number to contact customer service, I would appreciate it if you could assist me in canceling my plan.

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? When you mentioned Koodo still charged you, did you have preauthorized payment setup?


I'm a postpaid customer, but I keep receiving payment reminder emails from Koodo. I'd like to cancel my plan to avoid this ongoing issue.
