I can’t cancel this plan. I was told it’s going to be $35 a month and it’s actually double that. I should have been able to transfer my number but it comes up with error messages anytime I try. I can’t talk to any customer service and when I request a call back on the chat it asks my name then won’t give me a call back. There’s no other way to cancel? How is this legal? Help me be free of these scammers!! 

Are you wanting to keep your number? In that case you will need to port your number out - Koodo are not scammers and won’t hold you hostage. If you don’t need your number any longer, you will need to schedule a callback through the automated assistant. If you tell it you want to cancel, they will schedule a callback.


Have you downloaded your detailed pdf ebill from your self serve?

From that PDF fill what does it say the additioonal charges are from?  Was there a tab charge or connection fee?  Was there pro-ration charge?  Was there a missing credit or discount?
