I am no longer wanting my account - living with a family member.  I’ve been trying for over a month and no success.  HELP!

They refuse to call me back - waited and waited no call back.  I am sorry I started with Koodo a decade ago.


Were you able to schedule the callback?

Did you get a text around the callback time when they should be calling back?
