Hello I am on PWD may payments can be all over the place for paying bills.if I can't how many days are allowed to be able pay your bill.

Your bill is typically available to view 2-3 days after your billing cycle ends. The due date would be 5 days before the next billing cycle ends, which would give you about 22 days to make the payment.

If you login to your self serve account you should be able to see your billing cycle.
It also doesnt matter when you get paid as your bill is due when it is due unfortunately.
I won't know until it shows up cause still 0 for now.
If you log into your self serve and go to Usage, you should see the billing cycle dates. What does it say is your billing cycle in your Usage page?
they went back a month it Jan 18 to Feb 17.my activation date was the 14 of February 2024
This means your billing cycle ends on tomorrow.
And your bill will likely be due around 5 days before March 17.
Also note that if you pay by online banking that payment will only show up 3-5 business days later.
I suggest paying with credit card. This way you get some time to pay your credit card bill.
But this is more of a budgeting issue for you.
I pay by debit Visa I don't have a credit card.
I had them call me they I can't change it not until after the 90 days.
