Can't see or print invoices

Why can I not see or print any of my invoices.  My balance says 0, but when I look at the transactions, it looks like I may have a balance but I can’t check because I don’t see any invoices!

Will you please share a screenshot of how it shows when you try to view your bills?

Please hide any personal info!

Note I have been a client for over 6 months...
