I recently was on exchange in Canada. In the end of December 2023 I cancelled my Koodo Plan. Now I still have an open bill of $6.24 which I would like to pay. But I can’t login to my Self Serve account anymore. When I try to reset my password I don’t recieve the link to do so. And when I try to reset my E-Mail adress with my account number or my phone number it says that both numbers don’t exist anymore. I wasn’t able to schedual a callback cause I only have a German phone number. Does anyone know how to get in contact with a Koodo employee to figure out how I can pay my bill?
