I have been trying to pay my bills since august but nothing works. Whenever I try they say an error happened and I should try again in an hour. I called customer service, they said they would work on it but nothing. And they keep charging me late fees when I have no idea what’s going on. 

Hi @Anais we’re sorry about the payment issues in your account! There are other payment methods you can use to avoid late payment notifications and fees while the issue is resolved.
