Can't make payment through Self-serve

I am not able to access the self-serve payment options. Whenever I tap on make the payment now, it shows a #500 server error. See attached screenshot

@Sidak Can you pls try via calling 611, the autmated service from your phone?  Choose option 3 for payments.

@Bernard Koodo I am currently outside of Canada and the balance is overdue so I don’t think my cell is working. I have been outside the country for a while and didn’t notice the bills. Is there a way to pay them through self serve
