Can't log in

Hello there!

 

I bought a Koodo plan at a registered Koodo location but I can't log in to my account using the email that I remember having registered with. I have repeatedly used the "forgot password" option using my email and through my phone number but I don't receive a password reset link in my email or in a text message. Can someone help me log in please? I need to see and pay for my monthly bill. Thank you.
