I’m unable to create a login because apparently my billing address is incorrect. I’ve put it in the correct format and it does not work. How do I get connected with somebody who can change this for me?

I am little confused, are you trying to create a self-serve account before you order a SIM card from Koodo? or are you a Koodo customer looking to change existing address?


Hi ​@Athena Lou, are you trying to create your Self Serve profile? Unfortunately, we require you to have an active profile to be able to access your account here and via our social media channels.

If you can’t complete your Self Serve registration, you can schedule a callback via the Koodo Assist and our team will look into it for you.
