I've tried to cancel my subscription with every matters; leaving things in community, calling with rep, spending messages but all I got was one month refund.
I asked rep for cancelation because I literally can't access with my subscription and he got rid of my account but I'm still paying for it.
Koodo owed me for $63 and whenever I complained with this issue, keeps saying that my account is activated now and the issue is under consideration.
Is this really happening to everyone or just me? 🥲
Tired of calling and even irritating lol
I'm seriously considering with transferring to other mobile service.
