I've tried to cancel my subscription with every matters; leaving things in community, calling with rep, spending messages but all I got was one month refund.

I asked rep for cancelation because I literally can't access with my subscription and he got rid of my account but I'm still paying for it.

Koodo owed me for $63 and whenever I complained with this issue, keeps saying that my account is activated now and the issue is under consideration.

Is this really happening to everyone or just me? 🥲 

Tired of calling and even irritating lol

I'm seriously considering with transferring to other mobile service.

So, did you tell them you want to cancel your service?

Posting here saying " I want to cancel" or send them message - social media or email?- don't cancel your account.  You need to talk to a rep.


Everytime I talk to the reps, I said I want to cancel and don't want my money out for this. They even left the notes for my issue but had to wait for the approval to cancel. Haha. There was a technical problem with my account of subscription so I literally never used. This is really awkward.


Hi ​@flakesnow our apologies for the delay with the cancellation of your Stream+ service. We’ve submitted another request to cancel and refund the charges as soon as possible. 

These requests may take up to 4 business days turnaround time to be completed, plus an additional 3-5 business days of processing for the funds to appear back on your payment card.  Please let us know if you don’t see a refund or you get charged again. 


i have been trying to cancel my subscription. which  Koodo virtual assist is unable to assist me with. I requested a call back from a live agent since Monday but till date, nothing heard.

I need Koodo to discontinue my plan and cancel my subscription and stop billing me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is getting so upsetting.

Unfortunately we are limited to some actions here, over the community. In order to cancel the service ,we would recommend sending us a private message on Social Media. The links can be found on the bottom right of this page. 

As for the subscription, are you referring to Stream + ?  If so, this can be cancelled through the Self Serve account. I’ll include the steps here: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/stream-plus
