We currently have three lines for three different adults under one account. Koodo will not allow us to use three different banking accounts for the auto-pay feature. Can the three lines be split off into separate accounts online?

You will need to complete a transfer of ownership and each line can have their own account.  Note the cost to complete a Transfer of ownership

The plans you are transferring would have to be substantially lower than current market to make it practical to spend $50.00 per line to make the transfer.  Might make more sense to port out to another provider like Public, then port back in later:to the new account.  Total cost would be a couple of SIM cards per line (About $20.00)
