I’m a monthly post-paid Koodo customer. I have another number with another company that I’d like to move to Koodo. But I would strongly prefer to have 2 separate accounts / bills for these 2 numbers. Can that be done ?

There is only one single bill for a single account even if that account has multiple phone lines. So if you want separate bill, you will have to open 2 separate accounts.
Use a different email when setting up the 2nd account or that will screw up your self serve
