How do I reconnect with the agent I was speaking with if they ended the call? I was in the process of changing my plan and was waiting on hold for about 15 minutes before the call was ended. I tried calling the number back but was directed to schedule another callback for tomorrow.

If no one calls back after the call drops, then you’ll unfortunately have to schedule another callback.
I was afraid of that, and seems they have not called back in an hour. I wanted to take advantage of the $30 plan deal they have today. Maybe a nice rep here can help me?
You will need to schedule another callback to speak with a rep. Hopefully there are notes written on your file regarding the plan change.
