I have been trying for past 10 days to schedule a call back and talk to a rep but the chat assistant is constantly saying they can't book a call as they don't have any rep available and it's busier. I need to get a waiver off my activation fee of 70$ and just got my first bill. I am new to Canada and don't have job yet. Where can I talk to someone about this. 

Did you purchase the phone with the assistance of a rep? Did they tell you that they would waive the fee?


We just got the SIM with a plan from best buy. We were told connection fee will be waved off if call the Koodo service. we did call and confirm the next day and they told us that they will wave it off once we get the bill. Now we have been trying since a week but no luck with getting a call with any rep.
