Call back disconnected 3 times Disability discount

I’ve now scheduled a call back for yesterday march 19th, and three (3) for today march 20th and every time the agent starts to do something, they hang up on me!!! I just activated my account a few hours ago and IM NOT HAPPY :(

 

I’m just looking to get the disability discount added to my account.

I need someone to talk to

got in touch with someone after my 4th call back

I had the same experience. Line just goes dead. WTH Koodo. You need to fix this damn problem cause you’re pissing off a lot of customers. It shouldn’t take more than one call back to settle an issue.
