I need to schedule a call back. Not having any luck. Not the easiest website to navigate.

if you go to Koodo.com/chat I find it can be an easier way to setup a call back. The first step is to pick an option of what you would like to discuss then an automated chat box will go through the steps of setting up the call back and will show you some times that are available. I forgot to add as well, once you’re in the chat process just type in schedule call back, the bot will then ask for more specifics so briefly describe your problem, then it should prompt you with some times to call you at.
