Billing Problems

My plan costs $60, but I am being billed $90. I have no addons. 

Is there a way to contact a person?

Is this your first bill?  If it is then there are pro-ration charges.

Can you login to you self serve and download your detailed pdf ebill.  When reviewing the detailed pdf ebill do you see what the extra charges are for?

We have checked and we see there is also the monthly tab, you should be able to see the details in self serve by downloading the PDF bill as @Dennis  suggested and also in the Koodo tab page
