Billing payment

Hello,

3 weeks ago, a guy by the name William Kerry from  Koodo came to our building  offering us 35.00/month 60GB 5G plan CA/US unlimited whereas the same plan is on promotion online for 45.00/month.

He told us even if the plan is 45$/month online; he will give it to us for 35.00/month. He explained that as a door-to -door vendor, Koodo gave him some kind of special promotion code to use to be able to give the same  plan for 35.00/month. 
 

Almost everyone in my building subscribed for that plan. It’s only recently when we receive our koodo mobile bill, we see koodo charge 45+tx instead of 35$.

We contacted Koodo, they confirmed that that William Kerry is a Koodo employee, his phone#: is verified, but Koodo couldn’t help.

 

We intend filing a petition to charge Koodo for misleading; but we are waiting to sse if Koodo can be resolved the issue.

Was there anything on the agreement mentioning that there is a credit on your bill? Generally speaking, the credits show up after 3 months. I would suggest you to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and confirm with the rep. https://Koo.do/Chat
