billing incorrect of $60 instead of $30

We have incorrect activation charges for both of our new phones.  The correct amount was $30 for each not $60.  I have the name and date of the person that verified this information.  When will you reverse these charges?

Hi @Elizabeth Hurley 

We have reviewed the details and we do see that half of the connection fee was waived for one of the lines (the details can be checked on page 2 of the February bill)

The adjustment is now made for the other line, you should be able to see it reflected on current amount due in self serve.

Did the person say there was a credit of $30 for the activation?  Did you sign up in store?
