We have reviewed the usage and we see there were incoming text messages, which don’t trigger the roaming charges, however, there were small data portions that triggered the roaming charges.

We recommend checking the usage section in self serve.

i checked all this details , i did not use any data while on roaming , the bill is incorrect, it shows 5 contious day 1 kb data , why people will use 1 kb data that too costing around 16$ per day. My data roaming is also off. Please remove the roaming charges no call no sms no data is being used. Your help will be appreciated.

above message. My phone roaming data was off , still 80$ has been charged extra which is too high. I did not use any data sms call during roaming but unnecessary charges are imposed on me. Please look into this and wave off extra charges.

I have been unnecessarily charged for roam data which i did not use. I have been charged 80$ extra amount due to 5kb data. I did not turn on my roam data and did not call or receive any call during roaming but still unnecessary charges has been imposed. Please wave off the charges so that i can pay the bill as per plan.
