Billing Error Code 500

Hello I am trying to pay my bill and I keep getting error code 500. I have been trying the past 3 days + I have cleared browsing data and nothing is changing

Are you currently not in Canada or are you using an international credit card?

I am in Mexico for three weeks! Live in Canada

Sorry to hear you are having issues with paying your bill.

We did see a few similar situations where this error appears, and it seems to happen when the payment is attempted from abroad, but only in some countries. Our team is investigating.

 

Are you able to use a different payment method in the meantime, such as online banking?
