Hi , i was charged around 12 dollars for charges calls that i received while i was in cruise . I had disabled easy roam and wasnt using koodo sim card. I would like somebody from the technical support to help me with the incorrect charges. I did not use koodo easy roam and it was disabled  , also the koodo sim card was disabled as well.

How did you disable the sim card? What exactly do the charges mention?


Hi @O. K, the charges are valid and were triggered by incoming calls. Not using Easy Roam does not mean you will not have roaming charges, just that you will be charged pay per use instead of a flat fee.
