Hi, my line was suspended and I tried to make part payment so I called your agent refused me paying part payment , I was charged the following month despite line suspension and my inability to use same. I complained again by calling and till date thus issue has not been resolved. Surprisingly I have been receiving distressing emails on damaging my credit,, kindly review and revert because your company is threatening my mental health. Thank you

I think by the time your line is suspended, it is too late for payment arrangement, but you can check in your self serve
