Why my bill that should I pay this Nov 7 still there..I already paid last November 5..it always like this..I don't it's all about your system or what?

Hi there! It depends on the method of payment used. If you paid by Credit card, it should show up instantly. If paid by online banking, it can take between 3-5 days, depending on your bank.
