Hello,

I purchased CAN-US plan for communicating from the USA. Exact plan name:

“$40 100GB UL Can US Min SFD”

At the moment of purchased I was told that the plan includes USA.

I visited USA and I got a bill with $12 for roaming today. It says “Easy Roam US”. I am trying to figure out:

  1. Does “$40 100GB UL Can US Min SFD” include USA and what exactly is included?
  2. If it’s included, why I got roaming charges and how to avoid them in future?
  3. How to reverse that charges regardless if “$40 100GB UL Can US Min SFD” has to do anything with US or not as I was told that it includes USA at the moment of purchase?

That is strange. The plan should allow you to roam in US without any additional roaming fee.

Have you changed your plan recently and before the US trip?

We have looked into it and we can see the plan includes unlimited calling  and texting Canada wide and Canada to US, however US roaming is not included with this plan.
