I am reaching out for help as I traveled internationally from February 26 to March 3. It said I didn’t need to turn off the easy roaming after my trip as it wouldn’t bill me for it when I am in canada. It has charged me $16.00 a day since March 3. How do I get t his fixed?

Could you share a screenshot of where you see the extra charges from March 3rd onwards? Just make sure you leave out any personal information.

We looked over the latest invoice and we do not see any Easy Roam charges after March 3’rd.
