Do bill credits offer appear on service agreements??
I recently upgraded my phone from the app. Feb 10 2024 . It showed an offer of bill credits with upgrade. The service agreement does not show it, and neither does it show in self serve categories.
How would I know the credit amount and balance?

No Bill credits do not show up on official Service agreements.
You need to take a photo or screen capture of the promo mentioning the offer of the bill credits.
These bill credits are not available for customers to view on demand. They are only available on the back end that Koodo reps can see.
