Hello, Koodo winback team called me on Sept. 8th and offered me a good plan. Plan details are as follows $25 for 30 GB data, unlimited Canada callinf/ messaging etc., 1250 international minutes, setup fee credit and $50 bill credit. But I recently received my 2nd bill and only see setup fee credited back not the $50 bill credit (on 1st bill they charged setup fee but credited in 2nd bill). I scheduled a call back this afternoon and the agent have no idea about what’s going on, hung up the call. Kindly help me with this. Thanks

The Winback offers are available only through the Winback team and certain conditions apply. We’ve checked and unfortunately, the plan you were offered doesn’t qualify for the $50 bill credit, we are sorry for the misunderstanding! If you wish to discuss about this further, we recommend scheduling a call back and ask to speak to a rep.


Alright, I will certainly do that. Also, I had a koodo cancelled account with a credit balance that’s not been refunded from long time. I had this account and cancelled almost 3 months ago with a credit balance of around $48. After cancelling this account I received winback call on Sept. 8 and created a new account with  koodo. I want to know why the cancelled account credit is not refunded yet, can I use that credit balance to my new account that I was talking about today. Cancelled account
