I changed my plan to seasonal hold plan on the 30th of October, why did i still get my normal plan for November bill?? 

More than likely because you changed your plan after Koodo already created the invoice. It would be corrected on your next bill. Does your self serve show that you are on the seasonal plan?


Yes my self serve is showing seasonal plan. They should kindly remove the charges from my account.

Sophia is correct! The change was made after the bill was generated, which is why it’s not reflected on the bill.
