I just transferred our service from another provider. We signed up end of December for a $39 plan. I’m being charged a full $49 (after tax and fees) for just Dec 27-30. There aren’t supposed to be activation fees. We just set the phone up today (Jan 3) Can you explain and how to I get support for this?

 

Have you taken a look at your pdf ebill? This should show the full breakdown down of charges.

It should be something like a partial charge for Dec 27-30 + your next month of Dec 31 - Jan 30.

So like $4-5 for the partial month, $39 for the next month, plus tax.
