Hello, I recently was under my mom’s Koodo account but have since created my own account under my own name. We closed the previous account under my  mom’s name. Under this closed account we were registered for the stream+ services. I was told once the account closed that would stop the stream+ services. I am still being charged monthly for these services under the closed account and they say they don’t have any record of these charges under my email so they can’t cancel them. Not sure what to do?

Can you please let us know where you see those charges for Stream+?

Do you see them on the bill or are they charged directly on your credit card?

You need a koodo account to sign up for stream+ but you can continue with STream+ even if you cancel your koodo.

This means you need to manually cancel your Subscription services.

If you cancel your Koodo, Altima, Start or Mascon service, you can continue your Stream+ Basic or Premium subscription.

I see the charges directly on my credit card, they are not on my bill. They arrive monthly on the exact date that I started stream + and it’s for the exact amount it should be and from Koodo. And I still have access to the services within stream+ , but I can’t access this closed account and cancel stream+. Thank you!

Do you know how to manually cancel the service if I can’t access the closed account anymore ?
