Koodo almost sold me on their streaming package. The sales person never said that there would be commercials, I noticed that before I activated any of the channels but after I verbally agreed to the package. This is 5 months ago, I have been getting charged ever since, My self serve page has said that the request is being processed , it’s said this for 5 months. I battled Koodo bots for what seemed like an aeon to get ahold of a human who apologized said I’d get credited and the problem fixed but the problem persists and I am still being charged for a service I do not want and have not used..

Either someone with some the power makes this right or I dip. Not sure what else to do at this point.

Hi ​@MC90210, the Stream+ subscription is still active but it does mention that your recent change request is in progress. Have you tried to fill out this form - https://www.telus.com/en/subscription/supportform ?

Please select TELUS Stream+ and fill out the details. 


Yes, the web app is stuck on something and it’s been 5 months and I am being charged, I have called and gotten help twice but still no actual remedy. I never ever activated or wanted  the services because the salesperson mis led me. I’ll try the form but feel very disempowered.
