I’m a new customer. I tried to establish an automatic payment using two of my credit cards (one visa and one mastercard) but both of them do not work. Never had any issue using these credit cards with other companies. Whats the issue? I’ll switch back to another company for phone services if this is not resolved.
Koodo is pretty strict about the address listed for Koodo matching with the billing address of the credit card/payment method you’re using. For both of the cards you tried, are you sure that the addresses match exactly?

If you are still having trouble with setting up the automatic payment after updating the address, we recommend scheduling a call back through the virtual assist and a rep should be able to further assist

I’m unable to schedule a call using the virtual assist because it states that my credit card information can’t be shared with Koodo employees. Can’t make this up, worst client experience in a while!

If you just changed your credit card address, wait for next billing cycle as it takes time for the system to update.
In the mean time, you could try to dial *611 from your Koodo handset, follow the voice prompt and pay there.
It said that? That’s strange. You can just say you need a callback about billing in general and it should allow you to schedule that callback.
Hi Mark, Just FYI, i tried today to order something from Canadian Tire. They would not accept my credit card info over the phone either. Order desk said to the effect, how would I know if they kept the number and misused it. Makes sense. Had to order on line.
