Both myself and my mom have eligible plans that have are supposed to have the autopay discount but our bill did not reflect that. Anyone know what to do about that?

When did you sign up for the eligible plan?

When did you apply the auto pay?


We signed up for the plans the 27th of December I believe and we’ve had the pre-authorized payments for years.

If you changed recently to a new rate plan and pre-authorized payment is set on the account, the discount will apply starting with the next bill cycle after the change was made. 

 

We could not authenticate the account based on the log in method used here. If you want us to doublecheck, please log out of the community and when you log back in, use the Self Serve option as in the following picture: 

Let us know when it is done.

@r.sclarke Thank you for logging in! We checked, and both plans were changed after the last day of the previous bill cycle. We can confirm, however, that both plans are eligible and with the pre-authorized payment active you should see the $5/line discount starting with your next bill.
