Hello,

First off, is anyone else as frustrated with Koodo as I am? The last 5 times I scheduled a callback, each time they call and I answer, after maybe 10 seconds it simply hangs up. And to schedule a new callback takes another day. Very upsetting.

Also, I recently brought a line over to Koodo and it was promised, at the time, over the phone, that I would have auto pay discount applied to that line. On my latest bill, this did not happen. It applied to one of my lines which was also discussed but not the new line I brought over.

How do I resolve this?

Regarding the call back, did they ask you to enter anything? have you tried to schedule to a different number to see if you can receive it ?

Regarding the autopay discount, have you changed your plan recently?


It asks me to enter 1 to continue with the call back, which most times I get to, after pressing 1, it hangs up shortly after.

Few times it would just be silent and then hangs up.

As for the autopay discount, I added autopay the same time as I added the new line and changed my plan on another line. I was told it applied to both. On my latest bill that just came out, only one line had the $5 discount.
