Hi,

I have three lines and only one gets the auto pay discount while the bill for all three is set up for auto payments.

Please solve this mystery, is there an eligibility criteria I am not aware of? If I am eligible, how do I get the discount applied to the other two?

Login to your self serve, then go to your plan details for each of your 3 lines.  Do you see them all have the Auto-pay discount line item?

In that case, I’ll flag a rep to assist with making sure you’re getting the correct number of auto-pay discounts.


Update. I changed the plan for one of the two lines without the auto pay discount to a plan with it. Any help with the one line left without the discount will be appreciated. Thanks Goran!

We have looked into it and the line ending in *10 is currently on a plan that is not eligible with the autopay discount.

To take advantage of the $5 autopay discount, you’d need to switch to a plan that is eligible for the autopay discount. 


Thank you so much for your help everyone. I see plans in my offers that include the autopay discount and would like to switch it over but need some insight as to which one would not cancel a different promotion I received while starting my tab since my device is associated with that plan. Will the best way be to call in? Thanks again.

In case you get other discounts, those are eligible with the autopay discount, however, if you choose a lower price plan, the other discounts would drop.


I recently switched my plan and have not received the autopay discount on on my last 2 bills, despite being already enrolled for autopay. Please help!

We have checked and can see the autopay discount applied to your last bill.

The change to the current plan was made after the September bill so the autopay discount started on the October bill.

The reason why the bill amount is pretty much the same as before, is due to the proration. Page 3 includes also the details about proration.
