I set up my sons phone for autto pay so I would get the discount fir his phone. The holiday special. And now koodo you took the whole bill out of his account when there was already a payment plan active for the passed due amount.niw my so who is only 18!! Is out his 197$ that he was saving. Of which you were not supose to take that money as the due date was not till the 8th or 9th of January!! It's only the 3rd and you took it out on the 1!well bright abd early on the 2nd of January. This is wrong. I had arrangements that I had kept to. You need to refund my son. I can prove it's his account si you can not say I'm trying to get out if paying the bill! Funny how I can not get a call back as your robot won't put me through to a rep. You get paid to have a computer do all the work.. when I ask for a live representative the computer shouldn't give me the run around. Ugh. This is the number 1 reason I never do auto pays  but you had the special only if you auto pay. Very frustrating. Taking a full payment out when you are not meant to. That's basically stealing from your customers. Taking payments out early. Just wow.

Hi @Clapperxxx, we’re sorry to hear the payment was processed before the date you were expecting.

However, you can check the pre-authorized payment conditions here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-pre-authorized-payments which state  ‘Pre-authorized payments are withdrawn approximately 15 days before the last day of your next month’s billing cycle.’ or around 10 days before the due date (but generally not on holidays or weekends).

It was on the first according to the records. So yes you not only took the whole amount out you took it out on new years day! Lol so the payment arrangements were not honored on koodos part! So what's the point of self serve if your company does not honour it?????

Are you signed in with your son’s account credentials so we can check the payment? Payments are not usually processed on holidays and weekends as bank transactions generally go through on working days. However, if the due date is the 8th or the 9th like you mentioned, then a payment on the 1st is well within the time limit for pre-authorized payments.
